Case 01
Dr. Sheth's
The brand I hold end to end — brief to final cutdown — and the one that made the case for running post as a system rather than a queue of edits.
- 23 films across three years, 2023–2025
- 5 brand films at 16:9
- 16 vertical D2C cuts, including range films, hook cuts and offer versions
- 2 motion-graphics pieces
- The brief
- Sell a dermatologist-led skincare range built for Indian skin: ceramide and vitamin C, kesar and kojic, oats and ceramide, neem and salicylic, centella and niacinamide. Every launch needs a film that carries the science without sounding like a pharmacy.
- What I did
- One master look per range, then everything else derived from it rather than re-invented. The 16:9 brand film, the vertical cutdowns, the offer versions and the motion-graphics explainers all come off the same grade and the same type system, so the twentieth asset of a range still looks like the first. That is what makes the volume possible: the decisions are made once, at the top, and the rest is derivation.
